Founded in 1938: Celebrating trains and our rail heritage

Instead of a single feature presentation, this special evening showcases dynamic, short-form digital slideshows—roughly 10 minutes each—created and presented by our own members. It’s a fast-paced, multi-perspective showcase that highlights the passion, talent, and diverse interests within our railfan community.
From vivid trackside photography and favorite railfanning moments captured over the past year to deep dives into specific lines, classic locomotives, fallen flags, and unforgettable travel adventures, the Potluck Express brings a wide-ranging blend of railroad stories to the big screen. Each segment offers a unique lens on the high iron, making for an engaging, action-packed evening where no two presentations are alike.
Whether you’re a lifelong railfan, a seasoned photographer, or simply curious about local and national railroad history, everyone is welcome to join us. Come enjoy the show, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and celebrate the world of railroading together!
