The Cincinnati Railroad Club is working to preserve and share the club’s physical archives consisting of a large photo collection, drawings, and physical memorabilia including signs and steam locomotive headlights.


The photographic collection includes thousands of negatives, slides, and photo prints.
Cincinnati Union Terminal:
The club has one of, if not the, most complete collections of Cincinnati Union Terminal construction progress photos in existence. This collection alone spans more than 34 binders.
Photo scanning:
The club is utilizing an in-house scanner to digitize photographs and create a long-term storage and indexing system.
Club records:
A vast history of documents about club activities is part of the archives. Many of these files have already been digitized by the club’s archivist.
